At Blysk Jewels, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, You can return/exchange your product within 3 days from the date of delivery .Any returned item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, with all tags still attached.
We will issue a gift card (unlimited validity) for the amount of purchase. The cost of reverse shipping i.e. - Getting us to collect it from you, will come at a cost of INR 60 per order which will be borne by the customer. The gift will be issued after deducting INR 60 from the price of the products returned once delivered back to us.
If you have received a product that is broken or damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please follow these instructions: Please note product colour may vary due to photographic lighting sources or differences in monitor settings and is not considered as defective damaged:
Email us at support@blyskjewels.com with your order number in the subject line within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please attach images of the products showing the defect. Upon reviewing your request, we will initiate the return of the damaged product. Please repack the product in its original packaging along with the original receipt.
We will dispatch the replacement product to your given delivery address. If the same product is not in stock, we will issue a gift card to you of the same amount (excluding shipping costs) for future purchases.
Before Shipment: If the order or the product(s) you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, please write to our customer support team at marketing@blyskjewels.com. The order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded within 7 business hours after processing the cancellation request. If the order is shipped the order will not be eligible for cancellation.
