Returns & Cancellations

At Blysk Jewels, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery. All returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags still attached.

How to Initiate a Return

All return and exchange requests must be initiated through your Blysk Jewels account. Here's how:


  1. Log in to your account and go to My Orders
  2. Select the order and item you wish to return
  3. Click on Request Return
  4. Fill in the return form — include your reason for return and upload clear photographs of the item in its original packaging with all tags intact
  5. Submit your request

Once submitted, our team will review your request within 2 business days and arrange a reverse pick-up from your address.

Refund Terms

Once the returned item passes our quality check, a full refund minus a reverse shipping fee of ₹60 per order will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please provide your bank account details or UPI ID in the return form so we can process your refund directly.


If the returned item does not pass our quality check — for instance, if it shows signs of use, damage, or missing tags or packaging — the refund request will be rejected and the item will be returned to you.

Wrong or Damaged Items

All our products go through a '3-Level-Quality Check' and are packed with utmost care to ensure it reaches our customers in the most delightful condition. But in some rare cases, it may happen that due to rough handling of the package during transit by the courier partner, the product may not reach you in the condition you expected it to be. In such cases, below is what you need to do:


1) Inform within 48 Hours: Create a video of unboxing your package, or click pictures of the product that clearly shows the issues you are facing. Write an email within 48 hours of receiving the package to our returns support team at [email protected] and attach all the necessary proofs for faster resolution. Our team will respond to your mail within 48 hours.


2) Reverse Pickup (Only for orders delivered within India): Once your return is approved and our team verifies that your order is eligible for a return and replacement, we will arrange a reverse pickup for your product at no extra cost, and the same will be attempted within 24-48 hours after confirmation. We will request you to keep the products ready for pickup, failure to do so will lead to cancellation of pickup and you will have to ship the product back to us by bearing the shipping charges.


3) Resolution: Once the reverse pickup is successful, we will dispatch a replacement package for your damaged product depending upon the availability of the same or shall issue you a full refund worth the value of the product after deducting INR 60/- towards shipping charges.


Please note: Slight variations in colour due to photography lighting or monitor settings are not considered defects.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled by writing to us at [email protected]. Orders once placed on our website are only eligible for cancellation until they are shipped from our warehouse. For COD orders, we will call you for order confirmation before shipping.


NOTE: For later: Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded in your original payment mode within 7 business days. (5% deduction as Payment Gateway charges)
